Refund Policy
If Crisp does not work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund
Email hello@crispvideo.app from the address you purchased with, or use the receipt email from Polar. Include your licence key if you have it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Try before you buy
Crisp is free to use without a licence. The free tier runs the full editor and the standard enhancement lanes; exports carry a small "Made with Crisp" watermark. We would rather you confirm Crisp does what you need before paying than rely on a refund afterwards.
UK and EU customers
You normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Crisp is supplied immediately on purchase, you are asked to acknowledge at checkout that supply begins right away and that you therefore lose that statutory cancellation right once it does. Our 30-day policy above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum, so in practice you are not worse off.
After a refund
Your licence is deactivated and Pro features stop working. Files you already exported remain yours to keep and use.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we will almost certainly just refund you, and it is faster for both of us.
