About Crisp
Crisp is made by Matthew Kerr, one person, at Kerr & Company LLC in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It restores, denoises and upscales video to 4K on your Mac, offline. It costs $129 once and comes with a 30-day refund. Questions go to support@crispvideo.app.
Who makes it
I'm Matthew Kerr. I build Crisp myself in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I sell it under Kerr & Company LLC, a small independent software company registered in Michigan. There is no team behind the name: you are buying from the person who made it.
What Crisp is
Crisp Video restores, denoises and upscales old or low-resolution video to 4K, then lets you edit it on a timeline. It runs on the Mac itself: your video is not uploaded anywhere. It needs an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) on macOS 26.0 or later. The upscaling guide shows how it works, step by step.
What it costs
Free to use: upscaling, restoring and colour exports up to 60 seconds, everything else at full length, all with a small “Made with Crisp” mark. Pro is $129 once, not a subscription, and removes the mark and the limit. If it is not for you, ask for the money back within 30 days and no reason is needed (refund terms). The current prices are on the pricing page.
Other things from the same company

- Docket SEO: audits a website on your Mac with 99 checks and ranks them into a fix plan.
- AdPlaybook: turns a product page into an ad campaign, then checks each claim against your own site.
- BookBreaker: a free Mac app that finds sports betting arbitrage and +EV bets.
- Built by Kerr: websites, local SEO and custom AI tools for Grand Rapids businesses.
